JUNE SALES were JUMPING in Brandon !June sales were up almost 30% for the same period last year ! Consumer confidence remains strong for Manitoba and Brandon real estate markets. Local rental accomodation is at a historic low and along with attractive mortgage rates ; prompting buyers to act now ! Listing inventory is also up for the same period as last year so home selection is much better .
