April Sales Strongin the Brandon Real Estate sales market. Our month over month April numbers showed a 34% increase in units sold. Sellers are smiling with the increase this year in our spring market. Year to date sales are up approximately 14% to the end of April. Active listings continue to be about the same as last year, so if your thinking of selling, now is the time !

FEBRUARY SALES JUMP !Brandon's Feb. MLS sales jumped by 30% month over month from 2009 ! Our active inventory remains down by almost 20% from 09 creating another sellers market.
