CENTURY 21 VISIONCentury 21 Vision is the oldest established brokerage firm on Monkland Ave., NDG's vibrant main commercial thoroughfare. The firm opened its doors in 1988, making 2009 its 21st anniversary as a Century 21 franchise.
Broker Eric Jay Goodman is such a familiar figure locally that friends and other businesspeople began calling him "the mayor of Monkland Village.". He lives in the area and, with his wife Diane, raised two kids and coached hockey in the neighborhood.
Eric Goodman joined the real estate industry in 1975 and became a broker in 1982. Today he oversees a team of 115 agents who come from every walk of life, every corner of the world and who provide service in English, French and a dozen other languages.
Century 21 Vision serves the greater Montreal area, with a particular expertise in the West End market. This includes NDG, Westmount, Hampstead, Montreal West, Cote St. Luc, Town of Mount Royal and Cote des Neiges.
