Would you be happy getting over 98% of your asking price on the sale of your home?I just signed up a deal on one of my listings at 98.42% of the asking price! This is an important lesson to Sellers. 13360 Broadwater road More Pictures - Switch-Back Path to the waterOn my way down to the train tracks via these switch backs I saw more quail then I could count, a Pheasant, a few deer, some orange tailed flicker woodpeckers, and an Eagle...and I was only down there for 15 minutes!
