Window + Closet = Bedroom in Real Estate...or does it???
There is a common mis-conseption in Real Estate which revolves around the notion that you need a window and a closet in a room for it to be called a 'bedroom.' - NOT TRUE!!! The fact is that all a room 'technically' needs to be called a bedroom is a window (and a probably a bed;-). If a picture is worth 1000 words what is this one worth? Bad Real Estate Pictures
If a picture is worth 1000 words what is this one worth? The answer is 299 words....lol
I don't know who to be more disappointed in? Should I be upset that an agent out there is passing this sort of picture off as the first pictures seen when you look at this home on MLS. Or should I be disappointed that the seller of this property has not even taken the 2 minutes to go online and view ...

It seems every now and then a new technology comes along and gets everyone in real estate excited. Right now that technology is QR Codes.

Would you be happy getting over 98% of your asking price on the sale of your home?I just signed up a deal on one of my listings at 98.42% of the asking price! This is an important lesson to Sellers. When there is so much inventory on the market it is wise to price your home aggressively. That could even translate to just under the 'fair market value.' I know when you hear things like that as a Seller you want to PUNCH your agent in the face but I am speaking from experience. I have ...

Award Winning Agent - It is nice to be recognized for they hard work you do everyday in Real Estate We all go to work every day and do our best right? Well sometimes it is nice to get that 'At-ta boy' from the world for a job well done isn't it? Nothing compares to the "thank you'' you get from your clients of course but some peer recognition certainly means a lot. No one knows what it is like to do your job like your coworkers. Clients are more often then not ignorant to just how hard you work ...
