New YearJanuary is well under way and man has the weather been terrible! Even with the cold and snowy weather there has been a decent amount of activity in the market. I predict a strong spring and summer season this year with buyers trying to enter the market before interest rates begin to climb. There are already lots of people starting to get out looking.
