Pricing importanceJuly is upon us, school is getting out and peak real estate season is now. Inventory levels have risen quite a bit which has slowed any price increases we were seeing in the spring. Pricing on homes seems to be important as overpriced listings are sitting while a listing that is priced right can sell in a matter of weeks. I feel however, that the market is fairly strong and we will see good sale #'s for the rest of the summer.
