His Marketing programs have allowed thousands of people that did not have a down payment get into thier first home, he was instrumental in setting up Coldwell Bankers and CENTURY 21 Canada mortgage program. Roy helped build the largest Mortgage Brokerage Company in Canada and currently owns Discount Mortgage Canada in addition to CENTURY 21 Home Realty.
Currently Roy manages both the Real Estate and Mortgage Business as well as servicing all his past clients.
