Rural marketThe rural market is still quite slow. Some activety and a few sales seem to be happening however it is no where near what is normal for this time of year. Unfortunately we are coming to a season where rural is always slower. Hopefully next spring will see a better market. Recreation lakefront is off considerably. More listings on local lake right now than I have ever seen in 35 year career, nothing selling.
