January 2012 Showed Huge Increase in Home Sales in Georgian Triangle over 2011Re-sale unit home sales in January 2012 were up 36.8% and total $ volume up 43% compared to the same month last year. Most notable increased were 56.7% in homes sold between $200K-$349K , 81.8% increase in homes priced $350K-$499K and a 300% increase in homes priced over $1 Million.

4th Quarter Home Sales up Dramatically in Georgian Triangle in 2011Q4 unit sales were up 16.3% and total $ volume up 12.5% compared to the same quarter last year.
