OttawaJust got back from our capital city Ottawa. The more I travel the more convinced I become of what a great area we live in. Although Ottawa is very clean and neat I did go for a boat ride down the Rideau Canal. What did I see ? Brown murky water and dead fish floating belly up. Lake Of The Woods is sure hard to beat. Lets make sure we look after it.

Now Is The Time To BuyMortgage rates are very low right now and there is talk of mortgage rates going up. Opportunity is knocking. Take advantage of the lowest rates in years. Around 3% for 5years. I can't remember them being this low.
