September Housing Starts Increase SharplyCanada Mortgage and Housing Corporation released Friday that September was another exceptionally busy month for home builders in Regina, Saskatoon and many other Saskatchewan cities.
There were 136 housing starts in the metropolitan Regina area in September, which was up a whopping 67.9 per cent from September of last year.
