Building Permits in Regina set all time record in 2011As reported in the Leader Post, building permits have been setting records for about the past 10 years. 2011 is the first time to hit the $500-million mark in the city's 108 year old history.

Regina house sales ahead of 2010In Regina and area, residential home sales in May surpassed the 400 mark for the first time since July 2009. May’s average price of $296,838 set a new high for any month in the history of the Association of Regina REALTORS® Inc. MLS® System and was up 18% from May 2010. Saskatchewan Home Sales increase 9.6 per cent in JanuaryAccording to The Canadian Real Estate Association, this is double the national rate. In the province, 612 homes changed hands last month compared to 531 in January 2010.
Regina and Saskatoon both had significant increases in sales activity, dollar volume of sales and average price in January compared with the same period last year.
