Understanding the benefits of the Buyer (which includes tenants also) Representation Agreement is critical to making sure you get the benefits of your own personal real estate coach. For many of you the idea of renting privately seems almost normal...almost as if its the ONLY way you know! Unfortunately, many landlords (or phantom landlords and phantom homeowners) know this and are ready to take advantage of it.
