What's the HOTTEST trend in saving big $$$ when buying a new condo? Group buying
It just dawned on me on the weekend.
There I stood with my client and the great person I knew at the sales site (who knew that I had sold other units there) was ready to offer my new buyer an incentive so amazing that the other people buzzing around would have dropped their jaws!
