The cost of bad marketing is going upI think my two recent tweets are showing an evil trend. Its seems that more than ever, loft sellers in Toronto need a consultant and not just a realtor.
Recent study of downtown T.O. Lofts between $300-400k on MLS showed only 21% had either 21 hi res pics or virtual tour. Unacceptable!
I thought loft sellers were getting better at this! Shockingly only 11% of lofts listed on MLS in Leslieville ...
