Winter WonderlandIt's official winter has arrived today in Red Deer and Central Alberta. We drive a little slower, walk a little brisker, and hibernate a bit more when the thermometer drops and the snow flies but it's still pretty awesome around here. Penhold and Springbrook Real Estate Update:Saturday May 31, I had the pleasure of speaking to the attendees at the community breakfast. There were approximately 60 residents in attendance. The topic of discussion was that of an economic update with myself being asked to give a Real Estate update.

New Galaxy Theatre OpensThe wait is over, the new Galaxy Cinemas opened on Good Friday. This is great for Red Deer and area. Long have we endured older theatres with terrible parking and mediocre viewing. Prior to an economic and real estate boom, the City of Red Deer decided that they would pass a bylaw forbidden theatres from locating outside the down town core. While I can appreciate the desire ...
