January 2012 Showed Huge Increase in Home Sales in Georgian Triangle over 2011Re-sale unit home sales in January 2012 were up 36.8% and total $ volume up 43% compared to the same month last year. Most notable increased were 56.7% in homes sold between $200K-$349K , 81.8% increase in homes priced $350K-$499K and a 300% increase in homes priced over $1 Million.

Voice of Reason, No Housing Bubble for the Rest of Us...Confirms what local agents have been saying for some time in the Collingwood/Blue Mountain area. Prices started cooling about a year ago around here.
