FALL MARKETJust love this fall market, it is booming and the weather is so great to be showing and selling houses. Certain price ranges are not available and if a house is priced correctly it is receiving multiple offers and selling for top $$'s. Much nicer shopping now than later in the year when we will have to wear coats and possibly boots. So if planning on a move, why wait?
