March 1st and it's definatly a Sellers Market!If anyone has ever thought of selling there home now is defiantly the time! There is no shortage of buyers out there however, there is a shortage of listings! Every listing out there seems to be selling within 7 days for an average of $20,000 over asking! For my new home buyers this is certainly not the best scenario! Two of my clients have lost out in multiple offer situations last week alone! Now if I could only get a good piece of that listing business............
