Brighton Clover Farm - Heart of the CommunityWhen we were house hunting, my husband's main criteria was that our house within walking distance to Norman's also known as The Brighton Clover Farm. This little gem of a store has been operating in our neighborhood for as long as most residents can remember. It's a small store but you can get *anything* in there, from paint thinner to imported spices to the best deli counter in town. ...

It's very interesting and fun, and seems to be a great way to manage things online - better service for our clients is always the goal, ...

Congratulations on your new home!
My clients sent me this photo of them going into their new home for the first time as the new owners, I thought it was very sweet. Lily and I set a new record for the most homes viewed in the shortest time ("House Hunting is not a sport!" was the subject line of one of our emails). In the end they decided on Brighton, and I am very happy to have another young family moved into our neighborhood. ...

If you are a local, you may relate to his one and only house specification as "we must be walking distance to the Brighton Clover Farm." I couldn't really ...

My own mortgage is up for renewal, and I also wanted to hear about what is going on with rates at the moment for my clients. Rates are really fantastic right now, so it is a great time to buy in Charlottetown. I think these types of seminars will be happening ...

A Sure Sign of Spring ....Running out of brochures at a Sunday open house. Even though the weather was more winter-like than spring, I had an open house today at 245 Upton Road, and I was very pleased to see such a great turnout of potential buyers. Eternally optimisitic, I printed off 25 brochures to bring with me, and in the span of two hours, I had 24 groups come through. From speaking to most of the ...

Being a Real Estate Agent - FAQ'sSince I started working as a Realtor, I have had lots of people asking me questions about my career. I thought it would be fun to do a FAQ's of the questions that are common:
Q: Is it OK to call your Realtor on a weekend / evening / holiday?
A: Absolutely! I'd say at least 50% of my business is done outside the traditional 9 - 5 work day, and I'm sure it's the same for other ...
