Green Meadows - Draft ConditionsYour new home in Carp! After 3 years of waiting for the City of Ottawa, Green Meadows has received draft conditions. This will be a very exciting development for Carp and for D&H Rivington Ent. The subdivision will include 92 units with a mix of single homes, two storey town homes and bungalow duplexes. The development is on the edge of Carp and include extensions of side walks, a new park and a tree lined boulevard. Construction of roads will begin this winter and first occupancy should be late Summer 2010. Watch for more details in the coming months!
