"Old Man Winter" is starting to mess with my Okanagan golf plans...
With yet another recent snowfall, golf courses all around the Okanagan Valley have been forced to delay their scheduled openings. There is still a fair amount of snow laying on the ground and the winter thaw has yet to really begin. However, do not be discouraged as most local courses are stating a late March or early April opening now! A couple more weeks should give the avid golfer just enough time to polish all of their clubs and clean the last bit of dirt out of their shoes. The many communities of the Central Okanagan are poised and ready to welcome the over 500,000 annual visitors to our region soon indeed!
