Spring MarketFor Sale signs are popping up everywhere you look and open houses are the norm on weekends for now until late Fall. I am seeing good value in Oak Bay and in parts of Fairfield and James Bay as well and the inventory to choose from seems to range right from small one bedroom condos through townhouses and right onto single family homes of pretty well all sizes. Great time to be a buyer, if you're quick. Great houses like the ones I am seeing out there don't last forever. happy hunting!
