I have been selling and buying real estate in the tri-cities area of Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Burnaby and New Westminster up to and including Vancouver since 1992. I currently live in Port Moody in the Heritage Wood area. I work and play here so I am really familiar with all the neighbourhoods around this part of Metro Vancouver. I know where the best Chocolates are! The best Bakery, the Best pet shops, the best pubs, the best restaurants, the best schools and I know every new development around here. This is my 35th year living in this area. I moved from Vancouver West end to Burnaby and then New Westminster in 1978 and from there on I have lived in Pitt Meadows and Port Moody since 1994.
