SECONDSUITES IN BARRIE DEBATE RETURNSBARRIE, ONTARIO In the March 13th edition of the Barrie Examiner, Bob Bruton reported that the Second Suites debate is now on again in Barrie. The Province of Ontario has taken steps to over-ride city policy that restricts new two-unit basement apartments. Final approval will be considered on March 22nd, 2010.
