Neighbourhood RinkEvery year the home owners on Shauna Crescent get together and build an out door rink in the center of the neighbourhood. I Its a great place for families to spend some time enjoying the outdoors close to home.

Octoberfest!The Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation will be hosting a night of entertainment at Oktoberfest Saturday October first at the Kenora Curling club. Shadow Junction will provide the music so be prepared for a great night.
All proceeds will go to the digital imaging campainge for our hospital.

$32,500 Raised for breast cancer treatment
The Century 21 team present a check for $32,500 to the Lake of The Woods District Hospital Foundation. The funds were raised at the second anual "Boobie Nights" fundraising social held in June. Hap's holding fundraiserSaturday January 8th is the kick off to Hap's fundraiser for the Lake of the Woods District Hospital. Every Saturday night until April Hap's will be hosting a Prime Rib dinner with $10 from every prime rib meal going to the Lake of the woods hospital.
