Hi and welcome to the Real Estate Team of Mary Rawes and Steve Ringler.
My hope is to give you some insight into who we are so that you are confident that we will do a great job helping you buy and sell your next home. 

First a bit about Mary: I am a working mom with a terrific son named "Marty".  I take pride in understanding what is important to parents with school aged kids in regards to a move. I will listen to your families needs and ensure that you find that perfect home. My background is in Corporate Sales with Bell Canada and AT&T Canada for 14 years. I decided to make the move to real estate about 5 years ago because it was a dream that I've had since 1986. I'm happy to say that "I've never looked back and business is just great".  Not only did I win awards with Bell Canada and AT&T, I am a consistent award winner with Century 21. The 80/20 rule certainly applies here (20% of the people do about 80% of the business).  Thank you to our current and past clients for your continued loyalty and referrals. Because of my excellent business partnership with Steve, I am able to enjoy a little bit of time off with my family doing activities such as: skiing, golfing, scuba diving and camping and our clients are always taken care of.  

Second a bit about my business partner Steve: Steve is an all around "nice guy". It's not a wonder that he has excelled at everything he sets his mind to, whether its Real Estate, hockey or golf.  With a strong background in sales and sales management, he always works hard to get the deal done from start to finish.  It's not a wonder that his clients also become his friends. In his spare time he enjoys spending time on his boat with friends and family.  He is a consistent top Producer and award winner with Century 21. The 80/20 rule certainly applies here as well. Steve is always looking for ways to offer more value to clients who choose to work with us.
