Regina Home Builders had a busy OctoberCanada Mortgage and Housing Corp (CMHC) reported that there were 274 housing units started in October, almost triple from October 2010, this brings the total starts year-to-date to more than 1,400 making this the best year for starts in a decade.

Saskatchewan Home Sales increase 9.6 per cent in JanuaryAccording to The Canadian Real Estate Association, this is double the national rate. In the province, 612 homes changed hands last month compared to 531 in January 2010.
