Excitement builds at Lake Side Estates in Wellington ontAfter years in the planning process,this 95 lot residential subdivison in Wellington has finalized the engineering drawings and most of the conditions of draft plan approval.The subdivison agreement also nearly completed and site servicing tenders received. Reports from the Quinte and District Realestate board for 2008, show sales activity down 15% over 2007, with a December drop alone, of 35% These stats do not accurately reflect the Prince Edward County market.
