Airdrie Market for Januarythe number of sales are up slightly this year over 2011. There were at total of 62 sales in Airdrie in January 2012 compared to 2011. Interestingly, single family homes are up slightly at 49 sales with an average sale price of $376,400 compared to $362,092 last year. Airdrie has grown dramatically especially in the last 5 years. Our population is close to 40,000, the tunnel is gone, Eighth street is soon to be 4 lanes between Veterans Blvd. and Yankee Valley ...
