2010 Was a Positive Year For Saskatchewan Real EstateSaskatchewan experienced balanced real estate market conditions in 2010.
The number of sales in 2010 was down slightly in both the Regina and Saskatoon areas. However, Saskatoon saw a minor drop in sales volume of 2% while Regina saw a slight increase in sales volume of 1%.

Existing Home Sale Prices Rise Across CanadaAccording to the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), listed existing homes recorded their best December ever as the recovery in the Canadian housing market sales climbed 7.7 per cent last year from 2008.
