Derek started selling real estate by the age of 21. Derek has been selling real estate for over 18 years now and thoroughly loves his real estate career.

Derek is the Broker and Owner of Century 21 Mountainview Realty and Centum Mortgage Store Ltd.

Derek was inducted into the Century 21 "Master's Hall of Fame" in 2005 and has attained Century 21's "Outstanding Achievement Award" 1996 - 2006 for his sales achievements. He also attained Century 21 "Centurion Award" for 2001 - 2006 which is the highest Century 21 award....internationally!

Derek is continually upgrading his real estate education with Continuing Professional Education programs offered through the Kootenay Real Estate Board to ensure he is completely knowledgeable regarding every aspect of your real estate transaction.

Derek has recently taken on the full time management role at Century 21 Mountainview, managing the Castlegar, Nelson and Nakusp offices and Realtors. Derek has been helping train the Realtors at Century 21 Mountainview Realty to ensure their service, knowledge and customer satasfaction exceeds their clients expectations.
