'YOUR FRIEND' IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET
It always seems when there is a party or a gathering with a group of people, sooner or later the conversation will lead to real estate. Whether it is someone in the group looking at selling their home or someone comments "did you hear what they got for their home down the street?", "I hear that they got 10 offers!" and occasionally someone will say "My Realtor told me......"
If you do not already have a real estate agent, I would love the opportunity to be your Realtor, "your friend" in the business. I want to be the person you rely on when buying and selling a home, and the person who you are comfortable referring to your family and friends.
