February 2010 StatsHere is a recap for February 2010.
Listings continue to be a concern. We did see a nice increase in February with 471 new listings compared to 416 in 2009 but on the year we currently have 1605 active listings compared to 2092 in February 2009.

Home sales on the riseThe Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) reported an 11.2 per cent increase in existing home sales from March to April, making the third monthly rise in sales in a row.
With the recent release of sales numbers, the CREA revised its previous forecast for the housing market, saying sales will come in at 370,500 for 2009 instead of 360,900.
