Internet Stats on Real Estate I have recently attended a Website training seminar put on by Century 21 Canada. Some of the stats that were presented were that 85% of real estate buyers use a Real Estate Broker to sell their home and 71% of the properties were posted on the internet with the help of a real estate broker. 80 % of buyers used the internet to search for properties and that 29% found their home on the internet.
