Construction is on the rise

As reported by the Leader Post, the latest data released by Statistics Canada indicates that investment in non-residential construction is way up in Regina and generally up in Saskatchewan.  Regina was up by 30.9 per cent and 6 per cent across Saskatchewan in the first quarter of this year compared to the first three months of last year.
