November 2011 was another record breaking monthIt's official - total real estate sales have passed the $1 billion mark for the first time. Based on reports through the Association of Regina REALTORS® MLS® System, several new highs were sent in November 2011 compared to a year ago:

Regina house sales ahead of 2010In Regina and area, residential home sales in May surpassed the 400 mark for the first time since July 2009. May’s average price of $296,838 set a new high for any month in the history of the Association of Regina REALTORS® Inc. MLS® System and was up 18% from May 2010. In the city, the average price of $304,370 was the first time ever to be above $300,000.

Regina Sale Prices Hit New High in 2009Did you know that the average selling price for homes in Regina soared to a new high last year and the number of properties sold was the second highest ever?
