BCNREB MLS Activity for Fort St .John 2010BC Northern Real Estate Board just released 2010 results for Fort St, John, last year we saw 654 properties sell, 319 were single family residential, 93 parcels of vacant land, 43 half duplexes, 22 apartment units, 42 homes on acreages, 33 manufactured homes in parks and 62 on land.
