Renovation Special

Below is a video from CityTV's, CityLine, featuring Ramsin Khachi and how he decided on which home to purchase and the process that he went through to determine what would be the best bet in finding a home to renovate and eventually sell for a greater return.  Featured in the video is a colleague of mine Kieran McCourt of the Goodale Miller Team of Century 21 Miller Real Estate of Oakville.  The video may take a minute or so to download, but is certainly worth the wait.  The renovation special is very long, but I recommend watching until the 16 minute mark or so.  Enjoy and let me know what you think of the video.
