Stronger Buyers Market Or Spring Bump?May "For Sale" signs are popping up faster than dandelions out there right now.
Our present number of active listings in Red Deer is 741 with 44 of those showing as conditional or pending. That's close to one hundred more listings on the market than 2009 where we had 659 for the same time frame.
