Beware of FraudOver the past few years there has been a few stories out about fraud involving rental properties. A recent story really stepped that up a notch. Someone is taking realtor information and trying to trick prospective renters into believing the house is a possible rental home.

1st Dinner at the Red Deer Ronald McDonald HouseOn March 2, 2012, my wife Cheryl, my daughter Fonda, Ken & Donna Welk, Pete & Nicky Sebesten and myself, had the privilege of serving the first dinner to the families at the Ronald McDonald House.
