Business As Usual

Things in this Real Estate business seem to be moving along just great. People often ask how things are going. This spring is bringing lots of people out to Open Houses and home showings during the week are picking up each week. Hopefully the gloom and doom media people will be kept at bay with our busy economy.

BANK OF CANADA SET TO RAISE RATES

Canada's central bank held its key interest rate at a record low 0.25 percent on Tuesday, but said the need is passing for record-low rates. The Bank of Canada said it is withdrawing its conditional commitment to keep the rate steady until July. Certainly worth a drive thru the area if your over in the area.  A large plot of land is being made ready for construction of a strip mall just off Baker Drive.  

Bee Hive of Activity

Our new location is buzzing with activity these days. Russell Lake West is bristling with new construction activity and our Office is setting records for walk in traffic. Looks like a great start to the Market for 2010.

Something about dirt!

There's something about watching earth moving equipment. Not sure what it is, but, I think it's a sign of activity in our market place. Looking out the front window of our offices I see lots of dirt being moved by lots of equipment employing lots of people to build lots of space for lots of companies to sell lots of product to lots of customers who hopefully will buy lots of houses.
